Anguish and Rage
Try not to bottle up emotions, talk to someone if you can.
Be there to listen for others. Sometimes a hello or a smile is all a person needs.

The Passing of Time
In life we collect memories and experiences along with the emotions those events carried. Some get retained, others discarded that perhaps come back to greet us at a later date. All of us are bound and tied up in the events of the past, for better or worse we are triggered by these memories. No matter how far some push these back or try to escape the past will always be there.
Hopefully your happy memories outweigh the bad, and that in time the darker parts of your past will fade entirely.

Tinsel
After finishing some commission pieces I decided to paint Mia again.
A bit early for festivities but she gives me plenty to look forward to as the nights get darker and the days get shorter again.

Tadd
A piece from 2015, part of a series of very successful dog portraits.
One of the few pieces I still look back on and appreciate. Something about his face still fills my heart with joy. I am glad it had the same effect on so many others.

Ice
Inspired by the Winter Olympics and my recent portfolio review.
I wanted to do something about emotion and movement.
