The Passing of Time

In life we collect memories and experiences along with the emotions those events carried. Some get retained, others discarded that perhaps come back to greet us at a later date. All of us are bound and tied up in the events of the past, for better or worse we are triggered by these memories. No matter how far some push these back or try to escape the past will always be there. 

Hopefully your happy memories outweigh the bad, and that in time the darker parts of your past will fade entirely.

A Tubby Christmas

This year I bought Marisa a hamster. She's a bigger part of the family than most hamsters. The 100% domesticated, non-bitey family friend, has quite the character and only three front teeth!

A Festive Face

Back in November I silently started painting again. After almost 2 years of hiatus, I have spent time getting back into the hobby.

Today I finally finished the painting of my number one fan, partner and heroine Marisa. Her encouragement and love for life inspire me every day to better myself, but also actually take the time to relax and have fun (Something I seldom did for many years).

2018 will be a year of prolific creativity, I can't wait.
